A week before Thanksgiving I ordered two shirts, one for me and one for my best friend. They were supposed to look like the shirt with the turkey, sunglasses, and hat. I was hoping we would have them by Thanksgiving, but when the tracking information didn't update beyond a label being made, I knew it wasn't going to happen. During this time I emailed the company directly twice to no response. The day after I sent the 2nd email, the tracking info updated so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I FINALLY received my shirt a couple of days ago and was a little more than surprised by the completely awesome, completely BLANK t-shirt I got!!! I emailed the company directly again and didn't hear from them until I found their fb page and left a comment on there, as well as posting it on my page. I did get an apology, and was told to contact jane.com for the refund. My best friend received her shirt the same day I did and her's had the turkey on it, albeit slightly off center. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because she received her shirt with a turkey on it. The lack of customer service I have received has been absolutely infuriating! To only get a response after posting to social media is completely unacceptable. This was my first time attempting to order from this website and unfortunately will be my last.

Daughter loved them! They do run small so order a size bigger. My size 8 daughter wore a size large perfectly.
