Colors are not as vibrant as pictures shown. Faded and placement is off.

These shirts were a hit at a work Christmas party. They are true to size.

This sweatshirt is really cute. It runs big. But it runs big not true to size. Good price.

I will never buy from this seller again. I placed an order for these shirts on 11-25, and received them on 12-14. They are useless to me because I ordered them for a party on 12-9. I reached out to the seller three different times, and no response. I also contacted Jane. Unfortunately, Jane can’t credit my account because these are ‘custom.’ The seller would never get back with me about a refund or return. I make lots of purchases on Jane, and I’ve never had an issue like this. Poor business, and no customer service!

The listing says a pack of 2 for 14.99 and I bought a quantity 4 of a pack of 2. So I should have received 8, I only received 4. I have tried contacting support and haven’t gotten through to anyone.

My shirt did not turn out like I expected, but their customer service was spot on! They quickly met my needs and made sure I was happy with my order. I appreciate businesses that put customer service as a priority!!! Way to go Elle & Emmy! ❤️

Never received product, but the company really impressed me by reaching out directly to me to give a refund for this rather than me having to figure it all out on my own. That was really nice of them, especially in the stressful holiday hustle. Too bad since they looked cute and my husband and I thought it would be funny to show up at parties with them on
