Shirts are coming apart after one wash

These were great shirts and arrived in record time. I can't say enough about how grateful I was to have these in time for Christmas! They ran true to size and were nice quality.

This bag was a lot smaller than than I thought, however, my issue is with the company. The monogram was incorrect. It said to put an "NA" if you didn't want a monogram. I did that on the second line, since I just wanted a name on line 1. Well, they monogrammed the NA under my son's name. I messaged the company and they asked for a picture. I sent one immediately and have not heard a thing since. I have sent two more emails to them asking about the bag and nothing. I was really excited about this purchase and I paid a lot of money for this bag. The least they could do is respond back to me. Very unprofessional.
