So faded, they said they’d give refund & are now non-responsive & I shipped back almost a month ago & have not received refund.

Loved that I could customize my little miss! Good quality and came pretty quick.

Unfortunately, I never received the sweatshirt. I ordered this in November and followed up with company several times to request a replacement because it hadn’t arrived. Due to lack of communication from the company I finally requested a refund in January. Money was refunded within a day or two of request, but no other communication sent from the company. Customer service could be better.
