My shirt came not centered and crooked. Talked to Jane and they helped me try and contact the seller. No response within the two day time frame Jane gave, so I got a credit from Jane to try and reorder. Wish I’d heard from the seller, makes me nervous to try and order again. Hoping for better luck this time as I wanted to love this shirt!

I bought this for the personalized embroidery. The embroidery was incorrect. I notified Elle & Emmy and got no response. Jane.com refunded my money and I ripped the personalization out, I do like the backpack.

This shirt was a disappointment for the money spent. The shirt quality as well as the vinyl print on the shirt seemed very cheap. I hope it doesn’t peel after a few washes
