I had experienced a small issue with shipping as the package was pending for approximately 3 weeks. When I contacted the company, they responded right away and shipped out a new order just in time to arrive for Christmas. Great customer service and I am very happy with the result!

The shipping on these items is terrible. It took over a month for me to receive my item and by then it was too late to give as a gift.

I initially had issues with shipping. They were supposed to be delivered 12/17 but the products sat with USPS for a week. I emailed them and they refunded my purchase price because they Christmas shirts will be here after Christmas. Although I'm disappointed they won't be here for the holiday but I'm very pleased with the customer service. Thank you! Once I receive the shirts I'll leave an update on the quality.
