Love this sweatshirt! My 2nd purchase!

The shipping took much longer than expected. A couple days shy of a month it took. I contacted the company multiple times to check on the order with no reply. I finally got the item and it’s is stained and I emailed again. They replied multiple days later to advise me to stain stick it and wash the item. Very unhappy with the product and the customer service. Also the product of the gray holly jolly sweatshirt was much darker gray than pictured

Was so excited for this sweater- I ordered the “dreaming of a white Christmas”. Everything was great except the color of the print. Per picture it should be a bright red, however my sweater’s print was a brownish color. Very disappointed with that. Other than that- shipping was great, very fast. Quality of the sweater is good.

Updated: While the product was not to my expectation, the seller did a great job at making it right.

Way more fitted than I thought it would be. I am returning. Which is a shame because it is soft and cute. Wear a large normally and ordered a large, sad.
