Product is great! Original shipment was lost in transit as I see many people had issues with. Notified customer service and they responded quickly and had a replacement shipped out in 4 days and able to receive in time for Christmas.
Product arrived late, but seller made it right for me. It was shipped in plenty of time but holiday mail delayed it. Would buy again, thank you!
Shirt was a bit on the smaller side in regards to tightness, but length was perfect.

Ordered 2 shirts. Got them in the wrong size with the wrong graphic on the shirt. Contacted the company via e-mail through Jane.com. They asked me to send photos of the shirts with the tags showing, which I did. Never heard from the company again after that request. Will never order from them again. These were Christmas gifts, I waited for the company to make things right about the shirts they never did. Complete disappointment.
This took an extremely long time to arrive, far longer than the estimated ship date. It also runs very small and is definitely lightweight, it's the same as t-shirt material.
Comfy lounge or pajama pants. My daughter loves them.
Haven't received this yet, ordered a month ago. Received all other items that were ordered at the same time. Had to ask if it had even shipped.
WONDERFUL customer service and WONDERFUL product! They shipped my item quickly and it got delayed in the mail. Which is NOT the fault of the company. I waited about 3 weeks to check on the status of my order. Elle & Emmy offered a refund or make another shirt and ship it out. I would not have received the new shirt in time for Christmas. So, they gave me a full refund. Of course the next day my original order started moving through the mail system again. I contacted Elle & Emmy and let them know my item was going to be delivered the next day. I was letting them know so they could reverse the refund they gave me. They said no keep the item free of charge for the delay and Merry Christmas. That is what I call GREAT customer service. I will buy from Elle & Emmy again
Didn’t fit right and the material to thin
