Ultimate Father's Day Collection
Ordered and received the wrong item. I was offered a replacement a month ago (novemeber30) and still have not received it. Customer service takes 2 or 3 days to even answer. I have asked for tracking and instead was asked if I received it. Obviously not, since I asked for a tracking number. Replied to that email 4 days ago with no response. There is no phone number for contact and I had to go buy another present because this was never fixed.
