Purchased for Christmas and they were an absolute hit! Liked them so much I purchased them for our parents-in-law as well!
Just terrible customer service. Placed order in late November for a $230 purse. I got a tracking number quickly, but, as of today, January 2, the tracking number does not show that the item has been shipped. Elle & Emmy ignored many emails requesting an update. Absolute silence from the seller. Finally, jane.com stepped in, cancelled the order and refunded my money. No apology, no explanation from Elle & Emmy. If they clearly don’t care about a customer spending $230, imagine how they’ll treat a $20 customer. Awful experience.
