Very cute necklace.

I received 2 of the 4 rings in my order. I do like the rings. But the missing rings were gifts. I emailed the seller, they replied "send photo of shipping label" I did. Over a week, no further reply from seller after several more contact attempts. Several reviews also say this. Jane Support is great, I suggest contacting them for assistance. I feel if I didn't involve them, I wouldn't have been refunded for missing items.

I get tons of compliments when I wear this necklace

Placed the order in more than enough time to arrive by Christmas . Shipped out 12/9 did not receive until 12/28. I reached out to seller and did not get any help back besides it says the package has shipped. Once it arrived they messed up the name on the necklace and I emailed them again and never got a response . Very disappointed

Personalization was wrong, I tried to give them a chance by emailing them but got no response. Totally disappointed!
