Horrible customer service. I ordered a necklace on November 20th, tracking hasn't been updated since December 4th, it is now December 28th. Seller has contacted me back once, after I sent 3 emails, and her only response was item was shipped. It's clearly loss, I didn't have it to give as a Christmas gift and seller didn't remotely try to make it right. I now have to go through PayPal to get my money back. Very disappointing.

Hello! Due to the unprecedented amount of shipments that USPS received this holiday season, a lot of packages were significantly delayed in transit and in distribution centers. This item was made and shipped within a few days of ordering, and yes, USPS did delay it, however that is out of my control once I hand the package over to them
