Ordered 2 rings: size 8 and size 5 with two different names. Received both rings in a size 8 with one name misspelled. Still waiting for a reply from seller.
It is beautiful but the quality of the bar and chain appear to be cheap.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a necklace on November 20th, tracking hasn't been updated since December 4th, it is now December 28th. Seller has contacted me back once, after I sent 3 emails, and her only response was item was shipped. It's clearly loss, I didn't have it to give as a Christmas gift and seller didn't remotely try to make it right. I now have to go through PayPal to get my money back. Very disappointing.
