I was sent a silver necklace when I ordered a rose gold one. I have emailed the seller multiple times with no resolution. I will not be ordering from this seller again! Very disappointed in the customer service.

I ordered this for my mother in law, in silver and it was absolutely gorgeous. I put it in a nicer gifting box (it was packaged in a bag), but for the price of this personalized gift I am not complaining.
