Never have received product

Jane is reaching out to me to leave a review, meaning I should have received my item by now. Nope. My item was supposed to have shipped on the 12th. It’s the 20th and still has not shipped. A shipping label was created on the 12th, but it has yet to be dropped off to the shipping facility. I already waited a long time from the date of ordering which is standard with Jane. Then when the 12th finally rolled around I thought it would surely be on its way. I emailed the seller and receive a generic reply back with responses to issue people may have. So I’m guessing others have had similar issues. I might come back and leave a better review of the actual product if and when I receive it.

Ordered this back in February and and still haven’t received it. I keep messaging the company and they are being very helpful.

I ordered this product on Feb. 28th. The seller said it usually ships within 4 business days. Here we are 3 weeks later and I still do not have this item. I emailed the seller a couple of weeks ago and they said, don't worry we will ship it on March 17. Still well over the 4 business days. Still not shipped, still not updated in my account, no word from seller. Maybe they should change their shipping information to usually ships within 4 weeks instead of 4 days!!
I still have not recieved the item. I ordered in on February 27th and now it is March 20th. I've emailed a few times and have been given a broad answer to when I should receive my item, and it has still not arrived. I was looking forward to the bag and am bummed that I've been charged the $41.11 and still don't have it.

I wish I could leave a review however I have yet to receive the product which is a bit frustrating. The product was purchased end of February and it is now end of March.

This hat is adorable. I bought it for my daughter to put in her Easter basket. She's always wanting to wear one of my hats, but they're often too large. I can't wait to give this one to her!
The zippers broke off after the first time I unzipped the bag.
