Ordered this back on February 24th and have yet to receive my order. Contacted customer service and was sent some general email concerning Corona Virus delay. Well ladies my order was placed WELL before Corona Virus should have impacted delivery. When will I receive my order????? 26 days and counting.......... When the actual order is delivered I will gladly update my recommendation.

I still haven’t received my order. It should have shipped before the pandemic of the coronavirus occurred, yet I still don’t have it. I’ve reached out to Jane and the other company from which the bag was coming from. I have a tracking number, but it just says label created. I’ve been so excited about this bag, but it’s yet to be delivered. I will change my review IF I ever receive my order.

I wouldn’t recommend this product because I still have not seen it. This was order 2-28. I have not seen the package. Tracking information shows it has finally shipped after 3 weeks, but it’s still not here. If I could give this seller no stars, I would.
