I really like this bag, but I've only had it a few weeks and the top zipper is already broken and I can't close it. It's also peeling in a spot.

The monogram was poorly done. I reached out via email 10/26 and still have not received a response. I sent a picture of the monogram as well to show what I was concerned about. This was purchased as a gift and I will not be able to give it.

I received the band pretty quickly after I ordered it. It was a little too big, but the quality was excellent. I decided I would just wear it casually, but not at work because the watch slid around I didn't want to bang it on my desk. Shortly after, I received an email from Dani & Em that said the bands were improperly sized and were too big. They said that new ones would be available for purchase and I got several emails keeping me posted on what was going on. I got an email today alerting me that the new bands were available for purchase and I would be refunded the money for the original, but I get to keep it. I must say, their customer service is amazing and all small businesses should follow their lead. I'm excited to get a new band! Oh, and Jane refunded me for the original within a few hours!

Love this concept & so glad vendor reached out to me to replace with smaller bands! Ordered 3 more & cant wait for them! Already been issued a credit for first purchase! Will def purchase from again!!

Great size with pockets!

Band was too big for my wrist. I have to wear it high up on my arm in order for it to fit tightly. Very cute. Wish it was smaller size.

This was really a disappointment when I received it! It’s much larger than the photos appearance and it didn’t fit inside my purse!

Nice for when you don't want to carry a huge, heavy bag.

As others have stated, looks are deceiving and the chemical smell is pretty bad. Very disappointed
