Love it!
The box came taped up as if they sent an already opened returned product. And the box had holes in it; which obviously can be from the process of shipping. Did anyone else receive a glove with theirs? I thought it would get hotter than 210. It's an okay product.
Customer service never responded to my email and I have ordered several of their backpacks before realizing how poor the quality is.
Love this bag! I had one similar that my cats had chewed on this one is actually cuter. It has a weird smell so I had to leave it in out in the air a few days before I was able to carry it. Tons of pockets and room. Love the cute strap that comes with it. Also, I ordered late on a Thursday and it said it wouldn't ship until Tuesday but I received it on Monday!!
Love all the room in this bag, Straps are a little cheap made , But very cute otherwise
The quality is not good! The seems on one of then straps pulled apart already, and I haven’t had the bag long at all.
It's cute but the lid doesn't fit on the bottom! It's basically a top and a bottom that don't stay together! I don't see a quick easy exchange when you're trying to quietly switch the tooth with the money and it's under a pillow, I will say it's lightweight and cute just isn't functional.
