This bag is amazing! It is super soft and so roomy. Very pleased with the shipping time. It arrived well before the expected ship date.

Never received item. Multiple attempts to contact seller, and no response. Very disappointed.

The bag is super cute, it’s exactly what i was after. But it smelt terrible the first few days.

This bag is perfect. The color is amazing (Camel) and exactly what I was expecting. I love love love that it comes with double straps. The shoulder strap stays in place and doesn't slide down your arm. The over the shoulder strap is adjustable. There are so many great pockets. The bag is stiff and stays upright and in shape which I love (just like the pictures show). Good quality so far. I'm really loving it.

I had to request a refund since it had scuff marks when I opened the package. Sent an email with pictures, I had a quick respond and reembursement. So sad I won't be able to use it and could not find the same purse on their site, but I'll keep an eye out for it. Loved the the many pockets, color (gray) and size of the purse. Gave four stars since I had no issues when requesting the reembursement like others had reviewed them before.
