You did not contact us for replacements. We sent you some anyway! We have sold 100,000 of these and not one has been received broken or if so nobody contacted us. I hope you received the replacements as we never heard from you regarding the original broken pieces or the replacement shipment. Also if the chalkboard comes off a simple spot of super glue fixes that. thank you for your business. regards pam
