The attachable handle will not stay on or stick whatsoever. Also the phone case itself is so thin I don’t see it protecting much of my phone at all

I thought the case was cute when I first received it but after a while it started staining/changing colors around the edges. The strap feels a little cheap. It’s actually come loose from the button holding in place a couple of times and it’s a bit awkward feeling. No problems with the seller just not a good product.

It was ok, but took forever to receive

While this is cute and all, please note there is nothing to keep the phone inside the case, and nothing protecting the the top. My old case covered everything but the screen, but I do like the way you can "place" the strap right where it fits your hand perfectly for you.

Thought the strap would have been a little longer

Cute colors but not enough coverage for me to feel comfortable with this as my everyday case.

GreAt product, not much on cushion if you drop your phone a lot. Looks great.

The softness and color of the case I love! It’s sleek and cute! I’m a big strap person and the strap fits my needs. However, the strap does not double-up as a stand like in the description. I tried to use it with my daughter at a restaurant and it constantly fell over. If you want this case because of the stand, you’ll be disappointed.

Update: Seller made right by reaching out, and issued a refund with a replacement strap. Great customer service. The place where you stick your fingers is really small. I’ve had for one week. The strap is “stretched” to a point that it doesn’t stay extended to prop my phone up.
