UPDATE: seller contacted me within MINUTES to fix the issue. Received new bag today in excellent condition at no additional charge (didn’t even have to return the defective piece)! This is customer service at its finest. very cute and functional, but the zipper came off by end of first week of use. the seam on the side arrived already coming unstitched, which is what led to the eventual falling off of the zipper.
