The coaster came in with the initials like this: iAj. On my order all the letters are capitals. I have the order number to confirm.

It's cute. Don't know why but thought it would be metal.
I was so disappointed when I received this. When I pulled it out before even sticking it on my phone the personalized design was already peeling off. Such a waste of money. I didn't even put it on my phone.

Super soft and lightweight. Color on the front is not as bright as I had thought it would be.
I ordered a mat for my dog, Bella. The size and design were correct, but instead of my dog’s name, it says MerryBelle. On the packing slip it shows that it should’ve said Bella. I emailed the company a week ago about the error and have yet to receive a response.
Be sure to check the size. It is cute but too small .
