Was sent the wrong color but the seller corrected this immediately! When I got my correct mat, the fabric edge on the bottom was cut very choppy and not the neatest. I still love the pattern and the mat itself.

Love it. Light weight and not heavy. It was a tad larger than expected but great over all.

The monogram was not centered, the mickey face wasnt completely round. I emailed seller, they asked for a picture to send to their printing department and I never heard back.

Thus tag is cute but it was bigger than I imagined. Also print is only on one side (so there's just a plain white back).

I ordered this as a gift. When it asked if I wanted it personalized I assumed it would still say Mama Bear and then have the person's name on the other side of the mug. Instead they took Mama off and replaced it with Cassie. So the mug says Cassie Bear. That doesn't even make sense. And it is faded on one side. I will just have to throw it away. Don't get it personalized if you want it to say Mama Bear.

Front of tag not printed how I thought it would be, I thought it would look the pictures with the name on one line and the rest of the text on the next line. This was all printed in one line and is hard to read.
