I've emailed this company twice as my mug came with a broken spoon. They don't answer back. I waited to leave this hoping they would make good.
very poor quality... I ordered the black & white stripes with pineapples. would NOT order again, especially for the price!!
The quality does not match the image for the item. My custom order was printed very cricked. It was a gift I am now embarrassed to give.

Bought the baseball lunch tote and the camo pattern it's made from just makes it have a dirty looking appearance. Was a gift for Xmas however probably will not give:(
Product only lasted a few weeks. Read carefully-the monogram part actually comes off to be used to clean glass. The piece is now dirty and I'm not sure it can be washed. And if it can be washed, will it stick back to the cover after? I would not recommend this product. Too many flaws.
