The black is so faded on the blankets that it looks like it's tattered I emailed customer service and their solution was to wash it Ok? I washed it and the black still looks old and faced I asked to have it replaced with a different color and they said no and then I asked for my money back..5 days ago..and they never responded again Was willing to give them another chance but not anymore Don't buy

There was a crease in the middle of the mat but it was gone in a few hours. I absolutely love this mat

I love these flags, I order them all the time. HOWEVER I am very sure that I did not order 5 for the same person! I received (and was charged) FIVE of the same garden flags to the same friend, The Smiths. I was SHOCKED to see 5, when I only wanted one, as a housewarming gift. I received a standard email from them, but there was no follow up.,
