My first koozie got lost in the mail. And they promptly sent me a new one. I have it wrapped and ready to give to a friend.

I bought two koozies, one for myself and one for my sister. They are so cute! I did have an issue with one of the koozies. One was stiff like new and the other was completely flat and worn like it was an old koozie. I emailed the seller and they immediately wrote back stating they would replace them with no charge to me. I thought that was very nice of them and a respectable business move. I sent a picture and they didn’t question me in anyway. Needless to say my sister will get a beautiful koozie for a little summer gift!

It was delivered way before the ship date! Absolutely awesome design. I did pick the lightest design so I wish it was a little darker for my gift but it’s still is a great product! Would definitely order again!
