My granddaughter wanted a soft blanket, she'll love this. Good quality work.

I thought it was cheap made . It was made like felt . I wasn’t impressed .

Photos are misleading. This blanket looks and feels cheap. The large letter with gold trim is printed on and not lined in the glittery gold.

I bought one 6 mos ago and I’m really hard on my phone - constantly dropping. This case protected. So I ordered another and accidentally ordered 3 more! But I’m not sad. Literally obsessed!

Order two blankets, one arrived as described (not the best quality nonetheless you get what you pay for) The second blanket was to have a pink monogram however the blanket we received had a peach/orange monogram that looked nothing like the order. I sent professional emails and multiple photos to the business in an attempt to rectify. While they initially responded with accountability they later replied with excuses and condescending responses. Such as this response when I noted to them that I would be leaving a review so that someone else wasn’t duped. “Our $20 warehouse printer might be sad if you leave a bad review about him.” Very unbecoming customer service. I can donate the blanket and consider it a loss, however I will also be filing with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of saving someone else the trouble.

I expected the quality to be better. Towels received do not look like the photos

I’m so disappointed in this blanket. Feels cheap and nothing like I imagined. I hate spending money and not getting what I expected.

Received someone else's order and customer service has not responded. AT ALL.

Pay attention to spelling. My granddaughter has “é” in her name and this was not there in her blanket. Soft but mom doesn’t use cause her name is spelled wrong. The first one we purchased is spelled correctly.
