I bought these as gifts and they look very nice. Will absorb spills but I’m sure you can throw it in the washer.

The product was very well done but I only received 1/2 my order. The set I ordered was a set of 2 and only 1 came in the package

The printing on the koozie is kind of faint & not as nice as I would have expected it to look, not as it appeared in the pictures.

Very cute. Good color quality and thickness. Shipping was secure and kept the item safe. If you have a lot of large boxes (ex: sweatshirts) to wrap, order extra.

Product never came in the mail. Tracking said that it was delivered on a day when I was home. I can confirm that it was not delivered. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly with the tracking link saying that it was delivered. This was after I inquired stating that tracking showed it as delivered and it hadn’t been. The company did. Point me to the Jane insurance policy. Needless to say, I’m not a happy customer.

Great quality- bright colors

I bought this as a present and the name looks great on one side, on the other side the name is doubled and looks horrible.

Lettering is just printed on and very low quality.

Monogram was light

Decent. The edges were already frayed upon delivery and I’m sure it will quickly get worse. It is a pretty pattern though.
