Personalized Runner Floor Mat

We have opened it and rolled it out in our laundry room. It seems that the color is separating from the floor mat. I would like a new mat or refund. This is not what I paid for. Please respond!

The letter is a screen print- not an actual varsity letter as the picture makes it look. Very disappointing….

The seller sent me a desk mat that was different than the one in my shopping cart and refused to make it right. Buyer beware.

We are perplexed to read this as the customer confirmed his mistake with us and Jane went above and beyond to give an account credit for his mistake.
