The letter is just a screen print and the bag does not have a square bottom like the picture. It’s for a rounded bottom and is much smaller than pictured. I am NOT giving this as a gift to a teenager. It is pathetic.

Custom Cushion Floor Mats

Unfortunately the seller didn’t see I asked for a name to be written out and instead just printed a letter. Wouldn’t have wasted almost $40 if I would have known. Wish the seller could have reached out to me to ask before just going to print with something I don’t want. Recommend going with another seller that cares about customer satisfaction, seller refuses to fix or refund.

Cushion floor mats are only available to be made exactly as shown which is noted on the deal. Please make sure to view the personalization instructions when ordering: "Designs shown with a single initial will be personalized with one letter only." Ms. Bellomo told us she was aware of her mistake and would only be satisfied if we send her a free mat which would be personally customized for her with something we do not sell. A discount on a replacement and the opportunity to speak to Jane about her order were both refused by the customer.
