this came faster than I thought and the engraving was perfect. It was packaged in an organza bag and bracelet has substance- not thin- good gold shiny color too

Very disappointed in the necklace I bought for a gift for my daughter. Her name is Jancy and the "J" looks nothing like a "J". I even looked on their website and couldn't find one "J" that looked like what was on my daughter's necklace. I tried contacting the store where the necklace came from and I get no response. I've tried calling them, email, and Facebook messenger.

Necklace was so cute however mine was broken upon arrival. I made several attempt to contact the seller with no luck.

Much smaller than I expected and material isn't very polished I got 3 silver and gold

My necklace arrived completely broken... when I reached out to the store I had no response back...

I bought 3 of these and am very pleased! Beautiful craftsmanship, arrived quickly (within 2 weeks) and already gift boxed- all I need to add is a bow! Definitely recommend ☺️

This necklace broke within the day of my daughter wearing it Poor quality and I am tried to email the seller and never heard back :( I'm sad because it was so cute

I absolutely adore this necklace. One of my new favorite jewelry pieces to wear!

I love the design, the only down side was when I took it out of the box, the chain broke off the name charm. I was able to fix it but it was just disappointing right out of the box. Just be careful!
