I ordered 2. One came broken, a letter was not attached. My hubby thinks he can attach for me since they are to be gifts.
Necklace arrived but instead of Cici it looked like Cid Sent numerous emails with no response .
These are very beautifully done! I am so excited to give this as a gift for Christmas!
I wore it the first day and it broke. I send an email hoping for a replacement but haven't heard back. Loved the monogram itself but very sad I can't wear it.

Adorable, dainty and delicate. The shipping was predicted to be sent out after two weeks and was exactly that. Some glue showing behind bear and cubs (reason for4 stars and not 5).
