Very well made.
These are super cute and my daughters love them. However I’m only giving two stars because I noticed that one of them wasn’t completely laser cut all the way through. When I contacted the seller They were apologetic and very nice about it, however told me to send it back and they can re-cut the section that didn’t come out of the L, in her name. I didn’t feel like it should be my responsibility or worth the extra 2 to 3 dollars to pay for shipping. They never sent a prepaid label or offered to pay me back for shipping. I guess I’m glad it was for a 10-year-old who didn’t really care that part of the L wasn’t cut out properly. If it had been a gift for a friend, or an adult, I would’ve been a little more put out by this because i would want it to be fixed and would have had to pay for the return shipping to fix their problem. I didn’t get what I paid for, basically a completed, correct necklace, and then was going to be made to pay more for a flawed necklace when I paid for the return shipping. NO THANKS! So I’d say customer service not so great.
Thank you for the review! I am so sorry about this! The necklace should have been totally cut off, and we apologize for our flaw. We will learn from this situation and make sure it does not happen in the future. We are a jewelry studio, every piece is made from scratch custom made for each customer, sometimes a flaw might happen, since not two pieces are the same, and it is an artisan product made in the US. I am a bit saddened though, I was under the impression the recipient was very happy with her piece, and that we provided great customer service, because we replied to the customer email offering to pay for a return label, but she told me her granddaughter loved the necklace so much she did not want to take it off to send it back to us.
Love my necklace! I'm thinking about ordering a few more for family members that have unique names.
I like having an 'everyday' type necklace to wear. This is exactly that...

I've never had worse customer service! First, they spelled my name wrong. Then I contacted them and sent the necklace back because she said she would replace it. Then I received someone else's necklace set. I emailed again, she said she that a new person had put the wrong necklace in my package and they the would send a mailing label to send the necklace to the correct person. Still waiting!!! I gave her several chances to correct the error before I decided to give a negative review. Lesson learned. Never buy from this seller again.

I love the necklace so much! It was perfect. Love the size of the name. The only thing that was upsetting was that I wore it one time the day after I received it and it broke! I have contacted the seller to ask for a replacement to be made for me. Really bummed that it broke.
