Absolutely gorgeous!!

Love wish I'd ordered a 18 or 20 inch instead of a 16.

Necklace is thin and cheap. Name plate the same.

I’m happy with this necklace. The lettering is a little thicker than what I expected. I may try to find another necklace that has thinner lettering, but this one is very nice and will work for now.

I love everything about this necklace with my kids name on it.

The charm was nice and the handwriting was exactly as ordered. However, the chains were much flimsier than the ones pictured. The biggest reason for 3 stars was the lack of communication. The seller did not let me know that my photos were received or if they fit the requirements to be usable (my grandmother’s writing was semi-faded from years ago). I e-mailed again specifically asking if the photos were ok and again wasn’t answered. While I understand that some sellers don’t check their e-mail daily, this is a custom design that requires the buyer to e-mail the buyer and therefore I expect good communication, especially as I ordered $75 worth of necklaces.

Loved It!

I received the item and one of the names was misspelled. The seller sent me a return label so I could send it back to be fixed. I send the item back on 3/18 and haven’t heard anything from the seller, despite emailing about it twice in the last three days to find out the status of my item. I am disappointed that I have not received a response from customer service, or the correct necklace which I paid for.
