necklace is cute but feels very thin, and cheap.

Ordered a 14 inch necklace and was sent a 20 inch necklace. seller is very hard to get ahold of- does not respond quickly. told me i could mail it back and she would replace but i dont feel like i should have to pay for shipping back when it was an error on sellers part. still waiting to resolve

I’m happy with this necklace. The lettering is a little thicker than what I expected. I may try to find another necklace that has thinner lettering, but this one is very nice and will work for now.

I love everything about this necklace with my kids name on it.

The charm was nice and the handwriting was exactly as ordered. However, the chains were much flimsier than the ones pictured. The biggest reason for 3 stars was the lack of communication. The seller did not let me know that my photos were received or if they fit the requirements to be usable (my grandmother’s writing was semi-faded from years ago). I e-mailed again specifically asking if the photos were ok and again wasn’t answered. While I understand that some sellers don’t check their e-mail daily, this is a custom design that requires the buyer to e-mail the buyer and therefore I expect good communication, especially as I ordered $75 worth of necklaces.
