Broke in 2 weeks

Broke within two weeks I never heard anything back from the company very unprofessional

I ordered two for my granddaughters. One was easy to read while the other was difficult. Still a nice piece of jewelry.

This necklace was super cute but broke the first time worn. It snapped between the letters so we could not even fix it.

I received this order quick, however it broke the very first time I tried to put it on my daughter. The clasp literally fell apart.

Great value and quality. Shipped when said. Love it.

It’s a pretty necklace and my daughter likes it however I thought it would be larger …. It’s a little on the small side.

the silver was paper thin and names bend. it's a pretty piece but not able to wear without bending the names,,

I never received the necklaces. They were mailed to the wrong address. I tried with the help of your customer service rep Amy to get the address changed. With no real help or cooperation from BestNameNecklace, when they finally responded, it was "too late" so here we are. Lesson learned. I will never order anything from Jane again.

You get what you pay for. Very thin easily bends. Chain was also very dainty.

The necklace clasp broke on the the first time wearing it. My daughter was so sad.

My mom really enjoyed it and wears it all the time.
