Chain looks cheap!!!!

The chain kept coming undone but love the charms, so I just changed to a new chain!!

I was sent a necklace that did not have the correct name on it. The problem was fixed immediately and I was sent a new one. Great customer service.

Adorable necklace! Giving as a birthday gift to my teenage daughter. Just wish the engraving was a little deeper so that you could see it better.

I like the necklace but just got a simple C & J in uppercase letters and they stretched the letters out to be engraved over the entire bar so the letters are kind of fat instead of just regular letters in the middle of the bar. It's cute but I am not a huge fan of the wide and spaced out engraving.

I ordered these as Christmas gifts and they came out beautiful.
