My mom really enjoyed it and wears it all the time.
Same as other necklace. It claims to be pure sterling silver but marlins show sterling silver plated which turned my neck green
Necklace is very pretty but it was not sterling silver. The marking said sterling silver plated
The name part was really long and it didn’t have the sterling silver markings

It’s a beautiful piece but the lettering is so small I thought the left would have been bigger instead it’s very tiny.
It's pretty. However, I typed in the name wanted, all lowercase. I received the name with the first initial capitalized. After sending two emails over a week, I have received zero response. If I got a response it could be 4 stars, and if it was something they would correct, this would be 5stars with no mention of the hiccup.

Just beautiful! I got this for my daughter whose 9 and she loves it! The product did not take long to receive. I’d recommend to anyone!

Unfortunately the name was spelled incorrectly - I checked the order and I submitted the personalization correctly so it was clearly an oversight. Tried reaching out to Jane customer service by submitting a form and waiting on chat for hours and still no one has reached out... Just a bummer since it was a birthday gift and somewhat time sensitive.
After I finally got it. I love it! I ordered it on Dec 1 and it didn't arrive until Jan 17th. I was very disappointed it was so late, because it was a Christmas gift!
