It did not come on the chain pictured.... It was a ball chain that clicked... I ordered this for my baby girl and I was very disappointed in chain- not dainty and femine at all

If I could leave a zero rating I would, unfortunately what you get is not whats pictured. I have emailed this seller twice as well as jane customer service with no luck. I explained that the necklace pictured is not what I recieved, I didnt want a refund, I wanted the necklace that is pictured. Because of the lack of communication from this seller I would highly recommend anyone to buy from someone who appreciates their customers. Although I am keeping the necklace, I am disappointed that bestnamenecklace couldn't even respond to emails. Thank you jane for trying to help communicate with this seller. Hopefully with this post they will reach out to me. Buyer Beware
