In the pictures the names look shiny. Not the case . Mine are dull and seem very flimsy

I had a Roman numeral date on my necklace with a dot in between each number & when I received it, it had some weird symbol. Necklace wasn't made the way I wanted

I've tried getting a hold of customer service by emailing several times, calling, & FB messaging, however got NO response.

Not received and no response from business. That's $30 down the drain! Jane - you need to have a protocol to fine these sellers... disappointed

No the best quality, kind of rough looking.

I have 3 children, so 3 names. It looks like a terrible jumbled mess, not cute like the picture at all.

Very cute and well made. Like the script names very much. The chain leaves a little to be desired, but is acceptable. Overall very happy.

I love the concept of this necklace however I had 3 names on mine and they all stay tangled together. Would be much better if there were some kind of spacers between each name.

I am very disappointed. The name broke off within an hour of me wearing the necklace. Not worth the money.

The necklace is great and I love it but don't expect it to ship on the stated date. My necklace was supposed to ship on June 21 and did not ship until June 27.

Chain made my mom's neck break out, the charm was thinner than I expected but it was pretty.
