Ordered 3 necklaces back on 8/24/17 and still waiting to receive my order. Sent an email today to vendor to inquire. Hope I get them soon. I will update my review once I receive them. Just heard back from BestNameNecklace via email. They responded very promptly. Didn't realize they were impacted by the recent hurricanes. I'll update this review as soon as I receive my order.
I STILL have not received this, even after I emailed the vendor and got no response. Super unhappy!
Shipped a week late, and never heard back from the seller after emailing twice- BUT I absolutely love the necklace soooo much.

Well, the necklace is beautiful and shipment was done in a timely manner. But, they sent me the wrong bar necklace....it had a completely different Roman numeral then I noted. Trying to contact the seller has proven to be very difficult as their email bounces back and forth with being quarantined. I have contacted Jane.com and they gave the seller two days to contact me to fix my order. I did get one email asking for my address, it took me 8 attempts for my email to not bounce back and as of right now, I still have not heard anything. Waiting to see what happens, but I am not very pleased with the overall experience so far. Edit: contacting the seller was impossible, but JANE.COM was wonderful!!! I explained the situation and they got the issue resolved and kept in constant communication with me. I am definitely impressed with their costumer service. I did receive the correct necklace and I do love it!!
