Just got my necklace yesterday -- I LOVE IT it is perfect The price was right and it shipped earlier than I expected ....

One of the names was misspelled. Contacted seller twice via email and they never responded. Really unhappy with this purchase and should have received a refund.

This company's email address doesn't work. I tried to send an email because they made a mistake on my necklace and sent a broken chain. Do not purchase from them.

It's cute but appears very cheaply made and If not careful, the names will break easy. Would not purchase again.

I have NEVER received my order and don't know how to contact the company about it. I tried to email them and received a message that my email had been rejected because they were quarantined.

Ordered 3 necklaces back on 8/24/17 and still waiting to receive my order. Sent an email today to vendor to inquire. Hope I get them soon. I will update my review once I receive them. Just heard back from BestNameNecklace via email. They responded very promptly. Didn't realize they were impacted by the recent hurricanes. I'll update this review as soon as I receive my order.
