Emailed seller with no response. Metal is soft and it bends, I'm sure the name will break very soon. Ordered 2 tags of the same size and received 2 of different sizes.

Cute idea. Cheap and flimsy metal. Tag was bent when received. No way will this hold up on a pet collar. Checking into returning it.

Save your money. The metal is aluminum, bends easily--this thing will be in pieces before the end of the week. Really disappointing.

This dog name pendant is of the poorest quality. It was actually bent in the package when I received it and was so flimsy I was able to bend it to shape it back. How is it supposed to hold up on a dog's neck?! Crazy! This isn't even worth $1! I can't believe I paid $15!! It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I am actually embarrassed to gift it.

This tag is a gift for a secret santa, so I won't be able to say much about durability, but my husband did slightly bend it just by picking it up and looking at it. I doubt it'll last long on a dog if it's that fragile of metal. And the name we had was only 5 letters! I was hoping for something sturdier. but it is still super cute and a great novelty item.

Contacted the owner weeks before even shipping out because we moved. Company couldn’t even ship to my new address. Now it says delivered so whomever lives at that house now got the pendant. Would’ve been nice for the owner to help work with us since we moved.

It turned out to be a beautiful piece of jewelry. My daughter loves it.

Can't read one of the names. They don't hang straight. And they bend to easy so I can't put on my dogs. Not very happy for as much as they cost.😒

Put this on my shih-tzu's collar and it broke in half in less than an hour. Very cute. But whatever it's made of is not sturdy at all. Huge disappointment.

I really wanted to love this necklace, so cute and love the idea. But when you wear it, all the names lay on top of one another, rendering them unreadable. They are also permanently on the necklace (unless you get some pliers and remove the end) so you can’t take them off to try something different. I’m really sad because I love the necklace but I can’t wear it where all the names are read, so what’s the point?
