An awesome gift idea!!

Really nice, and sent fast.

Should be rated a ZERO!!! This states it shipped 11/30/17, but I’ve yet to receive this necklace and it’s 12/24/17. Last tracking history is 12/04/17, after that it seems to have disappeared. Seller won’t respond to emails. Don’t waste your money, lesson learned and I’m out $$. DISAPPOINTING!!

Very delicate...al ost too delicate

I hate that it's come to this but after emailing the seller twice in the last week regarding my order with no response or even an acknowledgment, I feel like this is my only option. I placed my order for 2 personalized dog pendants as Christmas presents (to go on two new collars). I paid $11.99 each (plus shipping) and when they arrived, they were so cheap and flimsy that they had actually both bent while in the mail (they arrived in a small, padded envelope). I would share a picture if it were possible. I emailed the seller twice and included a picture of both pendants. (1st email: "Hi There, I just received my order and I have to say that I am very disappointed. They are incredibly flimsy and were both bent in the package when I opened them this morning. (Please see pic.) Needless to say, I am very disappointed as they were supposed to be Christmas gifts to go on 2 new collars. I would like to send these back for a refund please. Please advise on how to send these back. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.") after 5 days I sent a second email asking for her to contact me, again, without luck. I am normally not the kind of person to leave a negative review but this seller has left me no other choice. After two emails with no response, I have no choice but to leave honest (and unfortunate) feedback. I recommend that buyers do not purchase from this seller. I would have been more than happy with any sort of compromise had she been professional enough to respond to a customer concern. As it stands, she's produced a substandard product and disappeared with my money.

Shopping took forever....and it wasn’t worth the wait!! I have no doubt it will be broken within the first few wears! So sad!!!

A little flimsy but cute.

Love it...got for my grand-dog. Mine was a 2-digit number and I liked how it turned out for size. It was larger than I thought it was but, it's a big dog so it's great.

Emailed seller with no response. Metal is soft and it bends, I'm sure the name will break very soon. Ordered 2 tags of the same size and received 2 of different sizes.

Cute idea. Cheap and flimsy metal. Tag was bent when received. No way will this hold up on a pet collar. Checking into returning it.

Save your money. The metal is aluminum, bends easily--this thing will be in pieces before the end of the week. Really disappointing.
