I bought two of the custom silver name necklace. One of the names broke after only the second time wearing. Contacted the seller, was told they would replace, sent a picture, another email and no returned response from the seller. This was a gift for my 10 year daughter. Do not tell people you are going to replace your defective product and not follow through. Again, a Christmas gift for a 10 year old who is extremely disappointed. I will not buy from this seller again. Very bad business etiquette.

Name was spelled incorrectly on 2 necklaces and no way to contact seller to resolve. All emails were rejected and no phone number. Dissatisfied

Beautiful necklace. Bought for my daughter for Christmas.

So disappointed. It arrived with a broken chain, and cannot simply be replaced because the chain attaches to the charm.

These necklaces arrived to me broken and they are very poorly made. The chain on them is so thin that it immediately broke when my daughter went to put it on and the second necklace I ordered arrived with a huge knot in it that we couldn’t even get out. I expected these to be of much greater quality for the price I paid. Reached out to customer service and got no response. Terrible customer service!

Looks nothing like the picture. Extremely cheap (soft) metal, it was all bent up when I received it, when I went to bend it back, it almost broke off.

Very flimsy. Broke on the second day.
