I ordered an initial necklace and it was bent. I returned it so they could make me a new one and I’ve heard nothing. They won’t respond to my emails.

Very pretty, adorable chain necklace. It was a gift for sis. The metal can be flexible, so handle delicately. I love it and I should have gotten one for myself!

My dog has only worn this tag for a few weeks and the name is bent beyond recognition. Very thin material and very poorly made. I would not recommend this for pet use at all.

This arrived today. I am very disappointed in the quality of a PET name tag: extremely flimsy, thin and very bendable. It was even slightly bent when it arrived! Doesn’t look like it would last a day on my pup. After spending $16+ for this, it should be made of quality material! Idea is great and unique, but materials used are lacking.

I ordered a necklace with 4 names on it and assumed that the names would be spread around the full circle but instead they were shoved just on the bottom half which resulted in the letters of each name being squished together so tight that they are barely legible. Overall the necklace looks and feels cheaper than I expected.
