Mug is very cute. I had a little bit of trouble with the seller misspelling the name on the mug and it took about four weeks for the replacement which was also spelled incorrectly and then another two weeks to receive a correct one. But the seller was very apologetic and gracious.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced using Jane. I know it’s the holidays but they promised me that the item would definitely ship by Dec. 11. It didn’t even make it to UPS until Dec. 18th. The seller AND the Jane customer help did nothing about it when I asked to cancel my order and get a full refund. They completely ignored my 10 emails. I was so disappointed I didn’t even want the mug anymore. I would have preferred a refund so I could buy my sibling a Christmas gift without the worry of getting it in time or not. Completely unacceptable customer service!!! I do NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

Giving as a Christmas gift, but they were made well and very pretty!!!!!

I order a full sized pillow case. What I got was a small square throw pillowcase. Very disappointing. Will not order again.

Great product!

The name is written pretty small and character is oddly spaced way down at the bottom- still a neat concept- I just wasn’t as happy with the outcome- really liked how big the name “Quinn” appeared on the model. And how centered everything was. My unicorn is hardly seen once I put the pillow in the case. :(

I love the mugs and the two 7 year olds loved them. The mugs are small in size and perfect for them.
