Ordered 3 custom mugs and never received them. I was provided a tracking number but the package was never dropped off at the post office. The number only shows USPS is still awaiting package. Contacted the seller by email and never received a response. Contacted them on Facebook and was told they would be remade and shipped again. I’ve tried following up and now there is no response. I’m out 3 mugs which were teacher gifts and money. Terrible service.

Ordered 5 Ornaments, one of the decals was creased, another one the bow came off the minute I picked it up, another one the color was to light and you could’nt read the name.
So cheap looking. If I could have gone 0 stars, I would have. I'm so glad I threw my money away on this purchase.

Ordered in November for Christmas gift...still haven’t received. Didn’t arrive for Christmas. Shipped 5 days after expected ship date. Seller very unresponsive. Definitely should’ve read their other reviews before buying.
