RUN NOW! If I could make this 0 stars I would! Jessica is terrible! I ordered a mug Dec 7th as a Christmas gift for my step daughter. I never recieved it and honestly thought, maybe it was my mistake, but NO. I ordered it Dec 7, it was shipped Dec 23 and delivered Dec 26. Ridiculous. I contacted the seller and she told me that her listing said it would be sent Dec 23 and would not give me a refund even after I tried to explain this was meant to be for Christmas and it made no sense for my product I ordered Dec 7 to be held until Dec. 23rd! When we did get it, the name is so light you can barely read it. Jessica is absolutely ridiculously horrible to reason with. Would never purchase from her company again!
THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED ON TIME! As you can see by this customers own admission, she ordered a mug that was set to ship by dec 23 as a Christmas gift. Never once did she email us and ask if we could expedite her order. She sent me a crude email filled with swear words on the 23rd, after her order was shipped, DEMANDING a full refund but still wanted to keep the product. I explained to her that we didn’t offer refunds or returns on handmade items and that her order was shipped on time. She then sent another email full of expletives telling me that I was a horrible person. As much as we strive for perfection and happy customers, Other than giving away my product, time, and being a mind reader, there would have been no possible way to make this person happy.
I don't know what to think. I never received the mug. It was supposed to be delivered on Jan 3 and it is Jan 10 and still no delivery. I contacted the seller by email 2 days ago and still no response.

My kids absolutely loved these. I order the one that went from white to iridescent and it doesn’t have much of a color difference but my daughter who is 6 still loved it. I also ordered the death Vader one and it was super cool and changed to black and was by far better then the girl one. Still happy with purchase because my kids are happy.
