One of the eyes was broken and I had to replace it. Mittens are soft and cute otherwise.

These would be perfect if they had an auto up button for one handed open/close. I used one this morning in the pouring rain and that was the only suggestion I could come up with. Even had 2 people stop me in the grocery store to ask where I'd found mine.

Got myself one and all the ladies in my family for Christmas. Very nice and big and holds plenty for weekend trips

It states that this hat has a microphone for hands-free answering which is the main reason I purchased it. When we received the hat all you could do is listen to music. You could push a button to answer an incoming call and you could hear the person talking though the hat, but the caller couldn't hear you. I emailed the seller for a response on false advertising and a possible refund and never heard back! I wouldn't order from them again!

Can't wait for my little to open on Christmas morning! It's beautiful and very soft.
