I purchased as a gift and the box came damaged and looked used.
My niece and nephew will love these, but the packaging was broken when I received them

Very well made and cute but needs better packing. My package was torn open a bit and the product was damp when it arrived.

The stick breaks easily. Hair has to be really wet otherwise it tangles.
This is for a prize so I haven't tried it out.

I was dissapointed that the separate zippered case that goes on the inside was not what is depicted in the photo. It was very, very small and is not divided into compartments. It might be good for holding hairpins or small makeup brushes, but that's about all that will fit. The clear pastic case was as shown. I do like the color choices, just dissapointed that one of the components of the bag is basically useless.
Sorry you were disappointed. As the description states the smaller bag is great for things like rings, necklaces, contact lense cases. We clearly described it as an inner pocket that can fit small items that can be easily lost. I'm very surprised at your feedback, maybe you didn't read before ordering?
