It states that this hat has a microphone for hands-free answering which is the main reason I purchased it. When we received the hat all you could do is listen to music. You could push a button to answer an incoming call and you could hear the person talking though the hat, but the caller couldn't hear you. I emailed the seller for a response on false advertising and a possible refund and never heard back! I wouldn't order from them again!
You contacted us on a weekend when we are spending time with family. We did not' reply within 1 weekend day. You are not using it correctly as I had explained in the email. You need to read the directions. Nobody else has had any issues with theirs and it's user error by you. Not false advertising. This review is bogus. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave me a bad review because you can't read instructions and couldn't wait for us to get back into the office after a weekend to reply. Merry Christmas.
