These do not work. I tried them with both wet and dry hair. Don't waste your money because you can't return them!

Necklace: The necklace itself is fine. The quality is nice for the price and it will be perfect for Christmas. The 2 star review: I left a 2 star review because I do not like being lied to. I reached out 3 days after the item should have shipped to inquire about what was going on. I received an immediate reply that it was shipped "the other day" and if I did not receive it by the following Friday (over a week later) to reach out again. Well, the item didn't actually ship until 5 days after the response email. I did receive it by the following Friday. However, I would have appreciated honesty. If they had responded that for some reason the shipment was delayed but I would be receiving the item in a little over a week I would have been ok with that. I don't like being lied to.
It really isn't fair when there is a delay on the post offices end to blame the seller. We kept in contact with you and followed up with you. You were never lied to and I'm sorry that you think that it's our fault that the post office didn't scan your package upon leaving our facility.
This is the second pair I have purchased since the first pair get destroyed by my toddler. I love these. They keep my heels cushioned throughout the day. My heels are smoother.

Product is pretty neat. I wish there was instructions included but I got the idea well enough from the listing. Only 4 stars because shipping took a really long time for a non personalized product. Had to contact seller twice and the first time they were pretty snarky. But I read that in their responses to other reviews so I wasn’t surprised. Like the product, but won’t order from the seller again
